Combine beans, corn, pepper, green onions and cilantro in medium bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and shake or whisk together well. Refrigerate ingredients in separate containers. When ready to serve, cut fresh avocado and tomatoes, add to bean mixture and pour dressing over all, gently folding ingredients together.
