Preparation

Mince one medium onion. Chop finely carrots and celery.

Method
#1: 30min

Saute onion in olive oil; when sizzling, add carrots, celery and green beans (and any additional veggies or beans). When vegetables are partially tender (approximately 5 minutes), add remaining ingredients and simmer 25-30 min. until vegetables are tender and broth is thick. Adjust seasonings and serve.
