Place large, heavy, skillet over medium high heat. Add oil, swirl around the pan briefly, and then add green beans and sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano. Sauté for about one minute and then cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes (adding several tablespoons of water, if needed), stirring once. Add the corn and garlic, re-cover and cook for 2 more minutes. Stir briefly and serve.
