Preparation

Vegetable preparation.

Chop onion in thin pieces. Chop celery and carrot in small cubes.

Method

bechamel

In the first pot heat up 800ml of milk. In second pot melt butter, add flour and stir it for 1 min. Add milk and cook until it start boiling while stirring. Season and cook for 4-5 min

filling

Melt butter in sauce pan, and add onion, carrot, and celery and simmer for 5 min. Add meat wine, spices, tomato paste and cook for 10 min.

Baking

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In baking tray lay down one piece of sheet than bechamel. On top of that place another piece of sheet and meat filling. Repeat this until use all sheets. Place it in the oven and bake it for approximately 40min. Take baking tray out the oven and top it with parmesan cheese
