Preparation

Chop galic, spring onion, chily and grind ginger.

Method
#1: 5min

Put oil in pan and place it on the stove on medium heat. When the oil is hot put Salmon and cook it two minutes each side. Once Salmon has browned put chicken stock, Sugar and water in the pan. Liquid level should be 4-5mm. Turn up the heat and add chopped vegetable. After 3 min turn fish on the other side and cook until water thickens. Serve with broccoli or carrot.
